REFUND POLICY

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ORIGINAL ART

Beyond standard shipping indicated in Checkout, I will work with you as necessary for Fine Art Shipping special considerations. All pieces are individually printed or drawn to order, so please allow up to 7 business days before shipping. For Fine Art Originals, my shipper of choice is UPS as I have a dedicated packaging expert in charge of this service. I do not accept Returns, and will do everything possible to be sure you are receiving exactly what you want in advance. Damaged arrival will, of course, be dealt with if needed with full recovery, replacement or reverse charges. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to working with you to a happy outcome for all concerned.

OTHER MERCHANDISE

Maybe your order isn’t exactly what you thought it would be. If that’s the case, please review the following.

 - Purchases of Original Art are Final Sale, no returns.

- In re: Digital Products, due to the specifics of the Digital Products, returns on those items are not available.

 - Except for Final Sale purchases and items marked otherwise in their description (please check), for merchandise returned within 20 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 20 days, a merchandise credit / gift card will be issued at the original selling price.  We will not accept items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

 - We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. If there are tags, please make sure they are still attached; items must be returned in original packaging, in new condition.

 For exchanges, we provide a free return label and waive shipping for your exchange order.

Upon request, for items purchased up to 5 days prior to a sitewide / clearance sale, we will honor the sale price for those purchases, with the difference refunded to your payment method or, if you prefer, a store credit.

If you receive the wrong product, we apologize.  We’ll provide a free return label and get the correct item shipped to you right away.  Please email us: info@marilynwellsartstudio.com.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns from different orders or with separate return authorizations cannot be combined.  Each authorized return needs to be shipped separately from any other return.

Except for Final Sale purchases and items marked otherwise in their description (please check), for merchandise returned within 20 days of delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 20 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price.

All tags and labels, if present, must be on and intact just as there were when received; the garment may not have been worn (except for trying on for fit/look/style); and, garments must be free of perfume scent or other odor, pet hair, stains or makeup.

In addition, to return clothing, hats, bags, wraps or any fashion items, the item(s) may not have been washed.

There are a few items that cannot be returned:

    • - Earrings
    • - Gift cards
    • - Items sold on "Final Sale" or "Clearance". All items sold on clearance or final sale are final sale and are not returnable.


Refund Processing

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Please be aware that additional delays may occur.  For a faster refund, your return label should correspond with the items in your package.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Purchases made using a Gift Card will be refunded to the gift card.

Please email us at info@marilynwellsartstudio.com to obtain prior authorization for a return and then ship your return to the address below.  Any associated return shipping costs that we incur will be deducted from the refund amount.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received a defective item, please email us at info@marilynwellsartstudio.com within 5 business days of receiving your shipment and our customer service team will take care of you. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures.
